Media Galaxy Sucks

More than one year ago I bought a digital voice recorder from Media Galaxy in Militari (same location with Auchan hypermarket). The boys working there had a big contribution to my buying decision because they professionally explained me everything I needed to know. It was mainly about transferring the footage into a format that would allow me to post it on the blog.

So that, The Addicted One and I went there again in order to ask for some details about some touch screens needed to implement the digital menu technology e-Menu in the restaurants in Romania. So, it would have been about a big contract – some fresh air for any entrepreneur in these times of depression.

We approached the lady in charge with monitors section who told us they did not have such stuff and she didn’t know too well what it was all about. Then she suggested I should talk to her boss from the IT Products section. When this guy heard what I was telling him about, he made faces at me, spoke to me like he was a whore who provided me with certain services and I didn’t pay her, he nearly spit me in the eyes.


Guys, the fact that you have posters in the toilets doesn’t mean you have to behave like shit, because you will have the unpleasant surprise that the clients flush you and you will find yourselves bankrupt like the Flanco guys. And then you will blame the crisis for this.

Maybe the time has come for us to become American when it comes to business, hasn’t it?



PS - I wonder if a contract of 100 touch screens a month would have been so bad for you!!!
